there's no fix

apple made a conscious decision not to support flash in the iphone/ipod touch

apple prefers Ajax (google about their WebKit), and had they allowed flash, there was a risk that flash would become the dominant web dev environment for the iphone.

so do not expect to get flash on the iphone or ipod touch. ever.
