Just saying, I see why they'd do it. I'm a Catholic but I have no problems with gay marriage, unless they want the church to sanctify it which it can't do, just because that'd be having double standards (though I think PEDOPHILIA IS TOO but that's a whole other topic that has to do with a priest's personal problems and mental issues but then again there were pedophilia cases with Hare Krishnas and people of every religion blablabla)

first of all, they need to shake up their hierarchy within the church. let the nuns be in charge, or have the priests have an equal status to them. let them get married or whatever with consenting adults. make them live up to the vow of poverty, take away the palace that the pope lives in, i mean.... theres a lot of corruption and molestation and bad things happening... they need to straighten themselves out.
