This belongs in the site forum, first of all.

Second of all - if you have found anything wrong or broken or buggy please report it in detail with screenshots.

Site's working fine for me d00d.

seriously, get it fixed before it knocks up some other website and makes a bunch of little baby websites that have to struggle for survival out on the mean streets.

or, on the other hand, fixed how?

sorry i didn't think there was one anymore

i guess if you build in timeout-breaking server response times, browser-meddling flash everything and missing buttons as features, it's working just dandy

Missing buttons?
The only thing that could possibly go "missing" is the member nav/login box at the top right of the site if you are viewing MOC on a cellphone that doesnt support flash.

We are removing flash from the site soon.

that's a very good idea gibby, glad to hear it.

there was a button up near the forum select drop-down, wasn't there? if not, there needs to be a "bakc to forum" button on teh TOP of the page instead of only the bottom

i agree with the laggy server. it takes forever to just visit the site and load up topics when you click on them. 1/2 the reason I am barely ever on here.

How can it possibly be too cold to go fishing, if it's not even cold enough to go ice fishing?

it is a matter of making the right cuts into small enough pieces so that they can be stacked in an Alice pack. i do suggest letting the elk hang/bleed-out for 2 hours before making cuts or else it is just plain messy.... field butchering is messy enough as it is.

i've never hunted elk so i'm not sure about the size of cuts, but if they are anything like mule deer... i think you should drive that giant rust bucket of badass old truckness to haul your kill. but still, you HAVE TO mount the rack to your handle bars of your bike.

I want to kill something with weapons I carved by the end of the year.

If I move to Montana would you help me accomplish this?

unfortunately elk are more like horses than they are mule deer. nothing is getting hung until it's in little pieces. plus the pine trees where i'm hunting are completely useless for hanging anything more than a roll of TP. it'd come out in six pieces. four quarters. head. hide. if not more. and i have a cow tag, i dont see the need to deal with 50lbs of antler i cant eat. the area i am hunting is a walk-in area only, thus using the bicycle.

i could try to help you accomplish that...but youre talking getting within meters of a deer not 100m. i'm not that good of a hunter. you'd be better off in Indy finding a farmer's field and setting up in a tree above a deer trail. drop down on a deer as it comes to feed. i suggest starting on a small doe before you wrestle with a buck. wild animals dont die easy.

i like moc better without new topics. because every single thread is like a ulyssean s-o-c series of leaps along the half-tard collective consciousness of the moc community.

'tis a beautiful thing.

They stopped giving out admin badges because some people thought a felt star of david was kind of inappropriate. I hear you just get access privilages now.
