lamb shoulder roast

i sliced three cuts into the meat and put my sauce em

sauce
half a stick of butter
2 tbls rosemary
quarter of an onion
half a clove of garlic
splash of half and half

about four hours to go

also a chees grader can be a useable substitute for a lemon zester
