i'll probably go back to sleep as soon as i don't feel as crappy.
i could deal with everything else if my stomach just stops hurting.
i am into tucamanas lately, these deep fried things full of egg and meat. api is good to, a hot drink made of corn and it usually comes with fry bread.
i dont even think about a hangover when im drinking actually. i just get thirsty for water at some point and i find that i dont feel like shit in the morning. god i havent drank in so long...
Haha, i don't put any faux meat products in it, it's strictly beans and veggies.
That might be interesting though, but some fake meats freak me out because it reminds me too much of real meat :x
Mine is picadillo. Potatoes, plantains, peppers, tomatoes, eggs, chorizo or soyrizo, cilantro, green olives, with a little rice fried in oil. Plenty of carbs to fill you up and some protein to cut down on the nausea.
try something bland but thick in consistency that way if you can only eat a bite or two you should be ok for a minute... try plain beans.. like mexican food beans and rice... that was the best i could get down when i was sick.. that and soymilk... lots of ice water... and a mango vitamin water... or the pink one... dont eat too much acidic food... if at all. bread... and oatmeal... water... etc.
according to a lot of mexicans this is the way to go. they might be right, but it only works for me if i donīt think about what menudo is actually made of. being fried and all, rocky mountain oysters may be good, if you donīt think about what the are -- aside from being amazing of course.
