As previously mentioned, Bradford Cox has been staying very busy. His Deerhunter recently showed up on Manchester’s Channel M to perform 2 new songs ("Never Stops" and "Nothing Ever Happened").

The band’s impressive performances was slightly marred by sending a dedication to Howard “Devito” not Devoto (from Magazine) and the fact that the show minders absentmindedly left the duct tape out where the Deerhunter members could get at it.

why is a band from atlanta debuting songs on tv in the UK?

because really...WTF. this is confusing. waaay too many bands with like names.

They also aren't to be confused with Deerhoof, the movie The Deer Hunter, or the Deerstalker cap favoured by Sherlock Holmes.

in atlanta, we just called them "beerhunter". which, quite frankly, would have been a much better name.
