halloumi, provolone, good buffalo mozzarella. there's nothing in the world like feta.
though, i have to say, as a vegan, more than anything else in the world i miss a good, sharp cheddar. nothing can beat it.

camembert.

only i don't know how to pronounce it because i was homeschooled. so i can't talk about it with, like, people who might buy me cheese.

Blame all pronunciation problems on the French. It really is their fault for putting so many letters down when they don't plan on vocalizing them in the least. French hating might win you points with potential cheese buyers.

I love goat cheese. Especially on pizza. And I've recently become pretentious enough to learn to call it Chevre.
