So far, it looks awesome. Very nice makeover, and will definitely hush up all the whining about the "flowery" format.
I'm sure a few of us would like to know about these two entries in the TOS:
4. FEES
MOC reserves the right to charge for the Service and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If MOC terminates your Membership because you have breached this TOS, you shall not be entitled to a refund of the unused portion of any fees.
And
a. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
b. promote Content that is false or misleading, or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
d. impersonate any person or entity, including, without limitation, a MOC official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
e. create a false identity on the Service;
...Because that's a majority of the posts coming from some of us right there!
In all seriousness, I think I'm not alone in my curiosity, and if this is in the wrong section I apologize in advance.
