..well..the easiest thing to do would be to make a pizza with as many toppings as you can chop up and pile on...even better if you assemble the whole thing yourself, but easier if you just buy a cheese pizza and dump stuff on it

the cheap version of this is cheese and crackers

my favorite - black beans, yellow rice, melted shredded cheese on top. add some sour cream if you like, eat it with a fork or on a tortilla or with tortilla chips.

dammit...
get some hummus, that stuffs way good, and super easy to make...all you need is uhmm...garbonzo beans, and cream cheese, and spices and stuff. It takes like 5 minutes....or else pesto is really good with veggies as well...

you got mad choices for this.

I was gonna suggest hummus, too, but you can buy a little tub of that shit for like $2. I suggest Tribe Hummus- the one with red peppers. Sabras is a good brand, too.
OR you can get a jar of ajvar, which is SO GOOD
then you get some pita bread and toast it and cut it into little triangles.
then you put ajvar/hummus on the pita bread.

and it is good.

If you got a blender or...like a juicer, you can just make it...buy a 70 cent can of beans, and add hot sauce...
If you buy it, Athenos is like the best fucking brand of hummus...
