i had really bad sleeping problems for a long time...one thing that i found worked well was waking up at a consistent time in the morning...i set that as 7:30 and no matter what i woke up at that time...as far as when i went to sleep it would depend on how tired my body felt. if i wanted to sleep at 3 i would sleep at three if i felt like sleeping at 10 that's when i slept...just be sure that you wake up at your predetermined time and you're body should self regulate itself.
