the girls around this joint seem to be losing their marbles as of late.

life really shouldn't hinge on whether or not the board is entertaining you. if it's slow, go do something else for awhile. you'll probably come back to a few new threads of interest.
nor should you keep living in the past. i don't understand this whole "old school" thing. i was here back in '00-01, and while it was fun, if those same people were here it would be like 30 VICTORYSTARDROPs all talking about shit no one remembers/cares about/weren't here for anyway. and i should remind you that most ppl thought this place sucked way back when too, all "waaah everyone here is lame lnc blub blub blub send me a pm oh thats right you cant this is moc lolol ghey"

Honestly, bringing up how the site was 8 years ago is irrelevant. Think of it this way... I'm sure you have memories of 8 years ago of a time or place that were super great. If you went back to that place now, it would be completely fucking different - and it would be someone else's great memory happening.

That's the problem with clinging to the past - it isnt the present. 7-8 years ago there were no other social networking websites, the web was a LOT smaller, and we were a lot younger. Enjoy your memories and the time you had here, but stop comparing. Enjoy it for what it is now and let the people discovering the site for the first time create new memories.

sayin' - it's kind of like graduating from highschool but continuing to come to campus for 4 years after your senior year, hanging out in the parking lot, and saying to the new kids "man this place was so much COOLER when I went here".... its kind of pathetic. Either hang out and kick it newschool, or keep walking.
