so my ex is a retard. i had my lawyer send him a letter stating that he needs to be paying child support (since he is two months late on it) and some other stuff..and basically he came back with a letter FULL of pretty much made up shit...talking about how i quit my job because i wanted to for no reason and could be making tons more money (there was a complaint in the office saying that i was getting preferential treatment since my dad ran the shop, so basically i was asked to leave my job at northrop or move departments even though i was not getting any special treatment, and there was nothing open in any other department so i decided to go to school to become more "marketable" in a job field i enjoyed. also, i have to state that this fool was KICKED OUT OF THE NAVY.) and he's saying all these things like because i move around i am not stable enough to raise my kid. HE LIVES WITH HIS PARENTS, IS IN DEBT AND HAS NO JOB AND IS NOT GOING TO SCHOOL. HE IS 29 YEARS OLD. HE JUST BOUGHT A NASTY USED VAN BECAUSE HIS OTHER CAR WAS REPOED LIKE 2 YEARS AGO. WWWWTTTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFF. when he had her over the summer he has her sleeping over once in a while at his girlfriend's house, a lady that my child has never even met before the day she was in his custody. he got all upset because she calls her stepfather daddy or ben dad, and now refers to him as kyle dad. i'm sorry, i can't help it if the child sees her stepfather as more of a father figure than you EVEN WHEN HE IS DEPLOYED TO IRAQ. my kid has behavioral issues, which are probably due from having to jump around every so often, and being caught in the middle of a relationship at a super young age where the dude was verbally abusive and just plain sick. i won't go into those details.....so i understand that. her teachers have noted it, A PSYCHOLOGIST HAS NOTED IT. HE DENIES ANY KIND OF BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS WHEN HE HAS CALLED ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT SAYING I CAN'T GET THE CHILD TO GO TO SLEEP AND SHE WANTED TO TALK TO YOU, SHE WON'T STOP SCREAMING.

UGGGHHHH basically, i'm going to have to spend thousands of dollars (i've already dropped 3K) in a court battle that is going to end up nasty without a doubt. even though i know i'm a good parent, i'm still scared. I don't want to go to court. I don't want to have to spend so much money. this is what you would call bullshit.

somebody please give me some sort of encouraging words....

let the court know he is a fucking immature loser and they usually side with the mother.

that is my general plan and i'm hoping to jeebus that it works.

HE IS TRYING TO SAY I OWE HIS PARENTS 1,000 DOLLARS BECAUSE HE HAD TO CHANGE A FLIGHT (that i originally paid for i might add to get him out of my house!!!!) BECAUSE OUR FINAL PAPERS WERE NOT FINISHED BY THE COURT ON TIME.

i wish we lived in a time that i could just hire a hitman or something and have the problem taken care of.

or a time when courts automatically gave mothers full custody because that's like...their womanly duties. maybe if palin becomes VP...LOLOL

my father tried this. my mom got full custody, and i didn't see him until he went to jail for having 17 years of backed child support.

we got the money eventually.

you'll be fine.

He sounds like right garbage. what can he do for a child really. I think he should just give up custody all together

he even said in the letter that i should be the one completely responsible for all medical bills/any kind of insurance because he is not able to provide that for her at this time.

this gives me hope. and you know, it's not even that i want all of his money or anything, it's the principle of the matter, it is his child also, he should help support her or GTFO of our lives. all he does is cause more problems than good it seems for everyone.

I really can't see your custody trial going any other way. You really do have nothing to worry about, but the fact that you're worried shows that you're a good parent. Your ex already defaulted on child support, and shown his lack of willingness to be responsible to his children.

we had a similar situation on noodz where and ex was tryin to pull info

blocked ips are hard to get through...specially when i had his mac address

i'll agree in that you are probably in the clear and will be fine. i am not a lawyer but i have enough sense to know that NO ONE likes a deadbeat dad. i'm sorry that your daughter is having to suffer from such a sticky situation. :(

haha..

he does not even own a computer...
he might get on myspace on his parents' computer every once in a while.
and with the things he has pulled/said, a joking little comment is not part of major worries there...
those are the things i WISH i could talk about...but don't get to...because of the "public" board thing here. haha.
i feel a lot better about the situation after sleeping on it. yay!
