Way back in the day (2000-2001) Makeoutclub had this section called the "Video Archive" where we had funny home videos from our users available for download. This was obviously years before YouTube so flash video was not yet established, and streaming video via Real Media sucked balls and was mega slow and choppy... MY how things have changed. So users would email me their funny videos, and I would post them on the site for download... Below is one of my favorites from July of 2001 called "Forever" submitted by two hilarious users... To this day I can't quite figure it out but it kills me nonetheless.
To celebrate that spirit and to usher in a new era of online video dominance MOC style, we are hosting the Makeoutclub video contest! Basically, we want your funny home movies. We want your sketches, your MOC-inspired "confessionals", your webcam antics, anything. It has to be NEW, and it has to be filmed FOR THIS CONTEST. (So no submitting your art school project, slacker!). Make it original, and make it MOC!
ALL MOVIES MUST reference Makeoutclub in some way. (You must mention users, the site, something MOC to be eligible.)
Winners will be voted on by the users, will receive front page recognition, featured profile status, and a special UNIQUE badge (only 1 in existence!) for your profile to show off to friends.

I have to bow out of this round, even though I have a video camera. I simply don't have the time to produce anything other than me drunkenly rambling on about how I think that I'm the only real person and that everyone else is robots, programmed to lull me into a false sense of security and that's how I justify the mind-blowingly wretched and horrifying things I do to them.
last night I was riding a Tuk-Tuk back to my hotel after a long night of drinking and I got the great idea to film a short video for MOC. I remembered Gibby's thread about guessing the location of Shannon Donkey Punch, and I figured it could be about me searching through out Thailand for her and other past MOCers.
I watched it today and it's just me rambling drunkenly about not finding her or Jared in Chiang Mai. The only thing that makes it funny is how completely trashed I obviously am, and the fact that I thought I could just turn the camera on and start being all funny and witty.
I don't know if I will be able to get it uploaded before the contest, but I'll put it on here sometime just for the lulz.
