when i was running a cafe, 99% of the employees were hot girls under the age of 21.

i made a few of them cry by disagreeing with their stances on such topics as:
seat belt laws
god/religion

that was a great fucking job....

irllol

I have already missed a bunch of the bonding shit already (all of it was very dorm-oriented so as I commuter I am out of the loop). I went to a loan workshop today that was a total waste of time but had minor lols with kids flipping out over how to fill out forms. OMG DID YOU BRING A PEN? I DIDN"T KNOW WE NEEDED TO BRING PENS! I NEED A PEN! ANYONE?

Oh! But the major lol of the day happened when I called my mom:

"How was orientation?"
"It was lame. I just feel old and creepy now."
"Just because you're not a virgin doesn't mean you should feel old and creepy."
"What the fuck, mom."
"I'm just saying...."

Don't worry, I'll have you beat when my buddy and I stop hanging out with the law school students who are already 4-6 years younger then us and start partying with the undergrads who are all 6-10 years younger

i talked to all the employees like regular coworkers rather than underlings. so, a lot of the times we'd just shoot the shit like friends. one day i'm working with 3 of the girls. 2 of which are arguing with me about seat belt laws. (i had gotten a ticket once) and of the 2, one has a crush on me.

i was using reason to defend my opinion that seat belt laws were created just as money makers & it should be up to the individual as whether they want to wear them or not. i used other examples where forced personal protection doesn't exist in more dangerous situations in our society. they were giving knee jerk emotional responses as their argument. this went on for probably 30 mins. they are getting insanely frustrated that their "just because!" method of debate isn't working.

eventually i notice one of the girls, the one with the crush, seems to be hiding behind the display case. then i notice the other girl going over to her.... and comforting her? i do a double take and see the girl is crying. i then proceed to laugh hysterically and say "OMG ARE YOU CRYING?! WTF?!"
man i laughed so hard.

I'm going to a bar tonight for "Punk Rock Mondays" that deliberately serves to underage kids... so I feel kinda weird with all my buddies who are in their mid to late 20s as we check out girls who may or may not be 17 or 18...

The sad part is though, is that even if I WAS into girls that young, I'd still have to approach them to see if they wanted to come home with me to my mom's house...

*sigh*

I have a college degree dammit, I need a real job!

Done. Piyu says there's a really good soul food joint/bar a block or two from campus, plus the campus itself is really nice for hanging what with the sculpture gardenz and art-damaged girls wanting to get back at their parents and all.

Also, there were some lol thuggish art school dudebros there today who are probably straight but entirely DNWWTFBBQ.

I've only ever sexed one guy but made out with a few and my mom mistook my mentioning me "hanging out with a couple different guys" last year as having slept with them all. My best friends were in the room with me when I was telling my mom over the phone that I had actually NOT slept with those guys. THANKS MOM. No I ain't whorin around.

I just met a girl from Jersey who was super wound up but liked that I am not weird and creepy (her words) and came up to make friends with me as such. This was after we were both at a "commuters social" breakfast that included a girl wearing a t-shirt that said something like "Twilight gives me hope that I, too, will publish my own fanfic."

I can pass for 18 for sure with my babycheeks and all (the one student I befriended was all O RLY? when I said I'm older and a transfer, but I still think she figures I am 19 or so), but just now I was contemplating stopping by a "new student social" tonight and felt a wave of creepery.
