i don't know how they do it in austin, but here in orlando they use beef in the pho, not cats :(

This place is weird.

Actually they use this thing called sea leg in the seafood Pho... it's like... sea bologna.

they eat this stuff for breakfast in vietnam. i had Phở on monday and i was talking with one of the guys that worked there and said it was great for colds and hangovers, and be sure to put a ton of sriracha in it.
