it also makes me uncomfortable when im on a date and homeboy doesnt:

1) pour me a glass of water
2) hold the door
3) give me the view of the room
4) know how to order a drink
5) treats the waiter like shit

impoliteness, dumbassness in general

I hate when I miss someone's call by half a second and I call them right back, they don't answer. Then I call back like five minutes later, and get the voicemail. Then I don't hear from them for three weeks.

Makes me uncomfortable when people act like jerks to other people in general. Also when people mispronounce stuff and ask stupid questions

it's not something I'm repulsed by or anything. I just usually feel awkward because I can never finish and when dude does I feel... Like less of a man :( and thus uncomfortable

It stabs at my dickhole when people say bru-shet-a instead of bru-sket-a. Waitresses love to correct me too. "Oh you mean bru-shet-a?" You fucking pig.

I eat everything on my plate, and then finish off whatever's left on her plate. Think of all the starving people that live in my stomach.

Also, I choose the seats when my girl and I are out to dinner. She gets the view of the wall because she won't pay attention to me otherwise. It's not me being controlling, it's a mutual understanding.

me too.

also, people who for some reason have to slurp after every breath in between words?
also, the sound of someone filing their nails
also, when people have spit in the creases of their mouth

what the fuck is wrong with people

it annoys me when people have their ringer volume turned up super loud and then neglect to answer it in a timely matter.

Going back to phone etiquette, I absolutely abhor when people take their phone into the bathroom with them, on either end. If I'm in a public restroom and someone's pissing and talking on the phone, it's awkward to listen to their conversation as they do their business. I've had a couple of people tell me that they had to piss and then go right on talking to me while they do. Weird.

who cares about pee, seriously. i condone multitasking - the only nono is eating while using the bathroom. also, i do not like when other people that are not my boyfriend use the toilet in front of me with the door open. i don't care how drunk you are.

it makes me uncomfortable when people use toothpicks.

not really, and it's weird because i understand the point of a toothpick is to use it and clean your teeth, but i just kind of think it's awkward to watch someone use them.

then when they just leave it in their mouth and half suck half chew on them? i wish i was cool enough to pull that look off.. maybe it's jealousy that compels me to dislike toothpicks

My mom always calls me when I am eating at home and wants to talk through the entire meal. I have tried being really obnoxious about chewing loudly, but she still won't hang up.

This seems to happen a lot. And I'm not talking about guys having low standards, I'm talking about girls who are too insecure to take a complement when they're not looking exactly the way they want to and / or thinking the person giving it is being insincere because 'there's no way they could like my ugly unwashed no makeup face'...

Face it, yr attractive. Get over it.

It's more common than you think.

My friend, David, does it every time we eat out because "he's on crew" and "he's starving."

There's a bar that serves 1,000 beers (beer heaven, it's called Brickskellers). I met up with a date there, and not only did he order an Amstel Light, but he ordered 2 loaves of fresh bread and polished them off all on his own. Now, I like a man who eats. But 1) No man orders an Amstel Light with 999 other exotic options and 2) Learn to share (or at the very least, offer).

My dad used to yell at us when we were kids and didn't clean the plate, so I got in the habit and have a hard time breaking it. It's also so rare these days that I sit down and have a big fancy dinner that when I do I feel like I'm wasting an opportunity if I don't eat everything.
