Be respectful of your roommates - my roommate has a 9-5 job and goes to be before 11 each night, so I always turn my music off by then and if watching TV, I keep the volume low, ect ect.
Schedule a weekly cleaning time with roommates (bathrooms, vacuum & dusting, ect ect). You'd be amazed at how much better you get along with people you live with knowing you all work together to keep the place clean. And designate who cleans what or do a rotation or something.
If you have to pay to do laundry - hide your quarters.
ill actually be living in a house with my buddy and his wife...ill have a two room attic in the house. i work 4pm-12am, hes gone every other day, and she works like 8- 4:30pm. they have a washer and dryer.
