Yeah they would "secret shows" in different towns that were promoted by 5 second spots on TV. They seemed to do WAY more here... because they are based here. It seemed like every month for awhile they were doing them.

I like Major Tom It's a good song but everyone knows Space Oddity is better... at least they didn't get there over produced hands on that song.

Even if you are "friends" with them, big fucking deal. If you live in a major metropolitan area with a decent music scene, it is really not that hard to be 3 degrees of separation or less from up and comers if you ever leave the house or do anything interesting with your time. Their music is still meh at best.
