If it's funny/creative/witty bullshit, then it's pure acceptable.

If it's misspelled, includes unnecessary "Xs" and "Zs", and essentially the equivalent of an old dementia infested woman with hemorrhoids shitting on a keyboard, then I'd say that's grounds for insult.
