i don't know what it is but it's really hurting. It gets all swollen and hard, I don't know what's going on. I think I'll go to the doctors or something like that to get it checked.

Alright, there could be several situations.

It's probably not "blue balls". You'd be feeling that abdominally, mostly, like a menstrual cramp but lower, closer to your prostate and all those little vesicles.

One, you could have torn a ligament; specifically the ligament that supports your penis. I don't know how you could have done that but it's a possibility.

Another thing is you could have torn is the inside part which gets all stretched out and full of blood when you're erect. Kind of a stretchy tube. It's known as a penile fracture. This can be caused by excessive "stretching", I guess you could say, of the penis. For example, think of a drunk chick bouncing happily on your cock and losing her balance and it popping out and then her bouncing down on it again while it's still hard, and then it "snaps". And your dick immediately swells up and becomes purple and hard. It's often called "Eggplant Syndrome".

Also, if you have been using any cock rings or something along those lines, you could have "strangled" your penis. This may go back to normal after some time.

You could also have an infection. This can be caused by excessive masturbation. You chaffe and everything gets sore and can get infected if the skin cracks and bacteria gets inside the head of the penis. This could also cause a urinary tract infection if you let it sit for too long.

Does it hurt to pee?

It is possible, also, for men to get yeast infections. If you're been fucking a chick who's baking some sour dough, you'll need to smear some cream.

I've had this dick pain you speak of. My dick hurt like CRAZY for a good three days after a particular encounter. It ached every time I got hard, too.
