So now that the Joker costume is no longer culturally relevant...what did you guys see way too many of this year?

I was almost certain that I was going to see hundreds of "Where the Wild Things Are" costumes, but I didn't see a single one however I did see way too many of these...
1. Lady Gaga
2. Green Man
3. Mario/Luigi

didn't see a Green Man or Lady Gaga, but there were a bunch or Mario bros. Ran into a few WTWTA, still a few jokers, and a lot of generally slutty chicks dressed sluttily.

Lady Gaga was very popular around our campus as well, and strangely the tin man was too.

I was kind of surprised at the number of Slash/Axl Rose costumes I saw. Who knew.
Also, slutty Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. I saw one puking in the lobby of my building.

Babies dressed as animals. Do not look like a lobster unless you want to tempt me to put you in a pot of boiling water and serve you with clarified butter.

Haha that video is great....I did see a lot of "Billy Mays" surprisingly no Jack Sparrows...and I think Dr. Manhattan is enough work to where anyone willing to put that kind of effort in would be more original

Also, that song is too catchy, I could see myself humming it for a few days

also no such thing as to many zombies. Thats like saying hey, we can have like 8 of you guys but you better not bite anyone else and make more zombies. It goes against the natural order

I actually saw about... 6 or 7 Bruno's at my school.

Easily broke my previous record of "most man-thongs seen in one day".

I only saw 1 Bruno, but it was excellently done.

I think it's damn near impossible not to do it well.

If you're a brave enough man to wear a leopard print cut-off T and leather short-shorts, then you're certainly brave enough to act the part.

I doubt anybody could "over-play" the role of Bruno anyhow.

more people should dress as literal interpretations of 90's family films.

angel wings + baseballs mitt = angel in the outfield
space hemet + strawberry jelly costume = space jam

think about it!

I was in the hospital for the fun part of Halloween, but on my way to there I SURPRISINGLY saw at LEAST three John Bobbitt costumes. Was there some kind of John Bobbitt joke that came out that I was not aware of? They were all pretty well done actually. Also, I heard that Octo-moms and zombie Michael jacksons were popular this year too.

John Bobbit...that's really bizarre. It seems like anyone old enough to remember that happening would be past the maturity level to find it funny

I forgot to mention all the fucking Pregnant Britney Spears costumes I saw.

I think Clinically Insane Britney Spears would've been more fun, but all the chicks are too pussy to cut their hair

Too many Gagas, Marios, and Swine Flus.
Surprisingly no Balloon Boys.
My favorites were Jewbacca, a Beer Pong table, Billy & Gizmo, and Double Dare. And me.

YES! I saw 4 guys dressed as contestants from Legends of the Hidden Temple. It was kind of amazing.
I also saw someone dressed as Pedobear, which absolutely took the cake.

I saw maybe the best Colonel Sanders ever.

And I saw one guy with a pretty amazing Transformer costume - dude literally chopped a Power Wheel up.

I went as a priest. Thankfully I only saw one other guy dressed as one, and one Pope (if that counts). I did get my fair share of "fucking little kids" comments, to the point a guy dressed as a baby walked by me and a group of guys said "hey Padre, that ones about right for you."

Girls dressed as bumblebees.
There was a lot of them around last year too, the shortest skirt they could get their paws on and a yellow t-shirt with wings.
I have no idea why, must be something about where I live.

One of the best costumes was a guy dressed as a jockey, with one of those kiddies horse toys that strap around your middle.

Lots of Lady Gaga's
Lots of slutty firemen/cowgirls/construction workers
A good amount of flappers and indians

But I also saw alot of original costumes as well.
someone dressed up like the Cathedral of Learning
A fox man with full furry body suit
baby juggalo and
Peggy Hilloween (TX obsessed old woman.)

I saw like a DOZEN 'Where the Wild Things Are' dudes....

I joined the trend and went as Dorothy, but my costume wasn't slutty at all, it was more true to the original.

I saw hundreds of "Sexy Pirates", and surprisingly more than one Larry David.

Wait, do you celebrate Halloween in Scotland/the U.K.?

I mean, I know it's originally based off of the pagan holiday Samhain... but isn't it mostly traced back to colonial America?

Or do I just suck with my holiday origin trivia?
