My Dinosaur by: Shelby
If dinosaurs still lives I would have a
brachiosaurus. I would teach it to stand
on it's tail and it's head. I would name it
Long Neck. I would feed Long Neck
it's favarite pancakes. I would like to have
a dinosaur because you could ride it
any where you want to go! And I would
keep it down the road in the horse pen.
I will feed it blueberry muffins. And I bet
it would love my moms cherry pie and my
grandmas cookies. If I got a dinosaur.
I would get a blue one because blue is
my favarite color. Brachiosaurus was one
of the largest dinosaurs to rome the earth.

welp, I got nothin'

apparently all I did in kindergarten was draw pictures of Shao Kahn and various Transformers

I also drew a lot of people who consisted only of round heads and limbs

I used to be an art teacher for kids under the age of 12 and this girl Maya (precious 3 year old) really paid attention one day and came up with this fucking awesome tiger


I was so proud. still am.

(lol at how she spelled her own name)

Happy my Horse, by Hannah, First Grade

My horse is Happy, Happy the Horse. She is Happy.
Today she was sad when she lost her bucket.
So we found it under the cat! Silly kitty.
Happy is a good horse.
We won blue ribbons and I put them in her hair.
Happy is a pretty happy horse now

I have a paper from when I was learning to spell. It's me talking about my mother. I wanted to say "My mother is real honest," but with my bad spelling and horrid Southern accent at the time guiding me, I placed in the paper "My mother is real anus."

In first grade we had to draw a picture and that our teacher ended up having plates made out of.
I would take a picture of it, but it's at home and such.

Funny story, my mother told me that if I ever got a tattoo (or snakebites, after my best friend got them) that she would beat the shit out of me and then throw away everything that I made her in kindergarten. I love that woman.
