His name is Cheese.
I have another, but she's black, about 4lbs, and hides from the world.

I've got 6 birds, as well.

he is old as balls [12] and had to be shaved because he gets terrible mats in the summer time
that was this past summer, his hair has grown back since and is mat free

we got this awesome groomer's brush

THE FURMINTAOR

it was like 50 bucks but is seriously the best gd thing i've ever invested in grooming-wise.

wait, are you talking about his eye? we adopted him from a litter of 8, i think? he partially grew up in a house with rottweilers - he is the toughest cat i've ever lived with. his little sister put a claw through his eye while rough housing.

haha thanks! i actually just took that and wanted to show it off
which is the reason and inspiration for this thread. :3

Fisher is a dog. he is a great pyrenees / anatolian shepherd cross.

he started out like this

his favourite things are butterflies. he loves them with a deep, drooly love.

he was hit by a truck

he was bitten by a rattlesnake (you can see the bitemarks on his schnoz)

but he is OK!

and still loves everybody very much.

the end.

Roamer.
I found her in a Denver parking lot on vacation when I was like five.
My mom loves cats so she let me keep her.
She's old now and blind as shit.
She used to hide somewhere and wait for me to get home from school/work, and then come find me.
Now that I'm off at school she apparently just runs into shit all day.
I miss her :[

We found this little kitty on Halloween, so were fostering her until we find her a home(:

I also have one more cat, named Babette. We had her since she was a little kitten, so she's pretty spoiled, and sleeps aaaaallll day.

I used to have a jack russel like this
He had ear mites and had knocked his retinas out of place by digging under a fence and the wires poked his eyes.
He was blind and nearly deaf. His name was crash and in his later years all he did was lie in the cupboard where we kept the scanner. He'd sleep on top of it for hours. We gave him away before he died though. I still wonder about him sometimes.

Squirrelly will let you pet his belly all day every day. And he's freaking ginormous, so there's a lot of belly to pet. It's pretty awesome.

I had an ant farm when I was little. It was a christmas present. I never got ants for it, though. So I guess I really just had a farm...?

this summer there was an army marching up the stairs to my deck. i should have, instead of trying to sprinkle cinnamon on them, collected them and put them in a sweet ant farm. DOIIIIIIIII why didn't i think of this? they'll be back next summer unless i terrified them completely.
