really just cut back to super simple natural shit. anything that is made to go on the face was pretty much instant fail, but i just washed it with water, then gave it some aloe vera and maybe tea tree oil. nothing greasy and nothing that dried it out. tried to keep my pores clean. now it's at the point where i just rinse it water every night and it's fine!
being so sick / bad allergies made it bad, then i fucked it up real bad by trying to fix it. when i just backed off and gave it a break, it got a lot better. i also wear zero makeup, but i think that's you too...
